PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Scope Note:
The function of managing land and working, storage or living space within premises, and of acquiring, constructing, fitting-
out, managing, maintaining, protecting and disposing of property. Includes buildings and land allotments either owned,
rented or leased by the organisation, such as office blocks, repositories, and workshops. Also includes the removal of
pollutants and waste.
