Includes approved rules and statutes, records relating to making and amending rules and statutes including formal consultation and submissions, and developmental drafts and correspondence which authorise further stages of development. - Also includes working papers, research material used in the preparation of drafts of legislation, Acts of Parliament, regulations and International and Australian Standards - ISO & ASO See COMPLIANCE for compliance with legislation that may have an impact on the operation of a particular area, eg. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY (OH&S) - COMPLIANCE - Name of Legislation and year. See ADVICE for advice given on legislation. |
