Scope Note: A type of agreement between a business function owner and the service provider which designates the amount of time on an annualized basis, the business function will be available, May also be known as Service Level Agreements. Use this term to capture records pertaining to agreements to provide mechanical maintenance of machinery for a fixed period of time at a stated charge as well as agreements between Business Units and Service Providers (both internal and external) to provide specified services on an agreed basis. See Contracts for signed agreements that are enforceable by law that do not pertain to the delivery of a "service". |
