GRADUATIONS

Scope Note:
Activities associated with the formal recognition of a student's completion of a course of study. Includes records
associated with advising of an intention to graduate, graduation ceremonies and academic dress.

Use this activity to capture records such as copies of graduating class lists, guest lists, copies of speeches, planning
notes, copies of citations, copies of programs, timetable checklists, samples of promotional materials, newspaper
clippings, press releases, photographs, attendance statistics, copies of handouts, and related documentation and
correspondence. Also use for records such as invitations, reply cards, catering arrangements, venue bookings and
alternative venue arrangements, parking permits, organising audio visual and other equipment, staff and volunteer
coordination, guest speakers, signage, emergency contracts etc
