Includes human and animal research. Including: - Records relating to approvals for ethical clearance for individual projects with research involving humans. Includes application, supporting documentation, assessment, decision (approval, amendment or rejection) and register of approved projects. - Records relating to approvals for ethical clearance for individual projects with research involving animals Includes application, supporting documentation, assessment, decision (approval, amendment or rejection) and register of approved projects. - Records relating to the consent by human research subjects. Includes consent notices, signed consent and records of suitability card for interviewing juveniles. - Records relating to the monitoring of ethical practices.
