See INVESTIGATIONS for the investigation into allegations of breaches of ECU rules or regulations. Investigation files should be used until such time as allegations are proven and disciplinary action commences.

See INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS - DISPUTES if the discipline results in a dispute.

Tip: If the disciplined officer is counselled, add the counselling records to the DISCIPLINE file.
