Scope Note: The activities associated with providing information and assistance to students relating to student and graduate employment, career management and job search, and providing advice to the university on these matters. Including: - Records relating to the collection and dissemination of careers information. Includes interaction with providers and employers, employment opportunities, seminars and mentoring - Client records - careers counselling - Appointments registers. The Career Advisory Service offers programs and services to help all Edith Cowan University students identify, plan and achieve their career aspirations. These career planning, education and job search strategies are also offered to graduates on a limited basis. The advisory service provides students with advice and information on career options, employment and further study opportunities. This is done through individual counselling, workshops / information sessions, on line services and the use of career assessment tools. |
