Scope Note:
The activities associated with the handling and resolution of grievances. Includes handling complaints over perceived discrimination, those arising over work environment, work organisation or distribution, peers, supervisors or subordinates. Also includes complaints regarding the provision of access to opportunities such as training, equipment, promotion, or higher duties.
